WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY

Municipality of Iqaluit, Nunavut Canada Water Reclamation Facility.

Honeycombing was repaired and 5 1/2 inches of shotcrete was applied over top with reinforcing steel.

Full welded wire fabric with dowels placed prior to installation of shotcrete.

Pressure wash all walls after 72 hours of shotcrete installation.

Clean up after pressure washing.

Prepare for coating walls with Xypex Concentrate and Modified

Applying Xypex Concentrate at 1.5 lb. per square yard.

Let cure before applying a second coat of Xypex Modified at 1.5 lb. per square yard.

Finally moisture cure for 3 days and 12 days air cure as per Xypex Specifications + Application Manual.

Fill tank with water.
